Ingredients

  • ยฝ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ยฝ cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ยฝ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease the basket or use parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, honey, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in oat flour and baking powder until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
