Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, melted butter, and minced garlic.
  3. Season chicken tenders with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush each tender lightly with the honey-butter-garlic mixture.
  5. Coat the tenders in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them stick.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange tenders in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook another 6–8 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  8. Brush with extra honey-butter-garlic glaze before serving if desired.
