Description
These Air Fryer Salmon Tacos with Slaw are fresh, flavorful, and quick to make. Perfectly seasoned salmon fillets are air fried to perfection, then wrapped in warm tortillas with a refreshing cilantro-lime slaw.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz each), skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 8 small corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil, then season with chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8โ10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, prepare the slaw by combining shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice in a bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and divide among tortillas. Top with slaw and serve immediately.
Notes
- Add sliced avocado, jalapeรฑos, or hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Use flour tortillas if preferred instead of corn tortillas.
- Leftover salmon can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
