Air Fryer Salmon Tacos with Slaw are quick, healthy, and full of flavor! Crispy salmon fillets paired with a tangy cabbage slaw and creamy lime yogurt make these tacos perfect for a weeknight dinner or casual get-together.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz each), skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 small corn tortillas


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8โ€“10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  4. While salmon cooks, mix shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice in a bowl to make the slaw.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing a portion of salmon on each tortilla, topping with slaw, and serving immediately.
