Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz each), skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 8 small corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8โ10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
- While salmon cooks, mix shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice in a bowl to make the slaw.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing a portion of salmon on each tortilla, topping with slaw, and serving immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the chili powder to taste for more or less spice.
- Optional toppings: avocado slices, sliced radishes, or extra lime wedges.
- Leftover salmon can be used in salads or wraps the next day.
