Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil

- ½ cup milk
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped

- ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, and milk until combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped apples.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While bread cools slightly, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm bread before serving.
