Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (5โ6 ounces each), skin-on or skinless
- 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz) โ garlic & fine herbs flavor
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Place salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet or dish.
- In a small bowl, mix Boursin cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
