Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (5โ€“6 ounces each), skin-on or skinless
  • 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz) โ€“ garlic & fine herbs flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet or dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Boursin cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
