Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ยฝ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ยฝ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and thyme (or Italian seasoning).
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken.
