This Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole combines tender spaghetti, flavorful ground beef, and creamy cheeses in a hearty, comforting baked dish. Perfect for a family dinner or potluck!
Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- A pinch of garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then drain.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese into the meat sauce until smooth.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can prepare ahead and refrigerate before baking.
- Add extra mozzarella for a cheesier top.
- Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
