Description

This Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole combines tender spaghetti, flavorful ground beef, and creamy cheeses in a hearty, comforting baked dish. Perfect for a family dinner or potluck!


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • A pinch of garlic salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Mix cream cheese into the meat sauce until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can prepare ahead and refrigerate before baking.
  • Add extra mozzarella for a cheesier top.
