Bang Bang Chicken Bowl is an irresistibly delicious dish featuring crispy chicken tossed in a spicy-sweet bang bang sauce, served over fluffy rice and fresh veggies for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5โ€“6 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  5. Toss fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve chicken over cooked rice and top with shredded lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots.
