Ingredients

  • 8 oz Rotini pasta
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sautรฉ garlic until fragrant, then add ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
