Ingredients
- 8 oz Rotini pasta
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sautรฉ garlic until fragrant, then add ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
