Buffalo Chicken Lasagna is a creamy, cheesy, and spicy twist on traditional lasagna, combining shredded rotisserie chicken with a buffalo-flavored cheese mixture for the ultimate dinner.
Ingredients
- 12 oz lasagna noodles
- 3 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional toppings: ranch dressing, chopped green onions, blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, and shredded chicken.
- In a greased baking dish, layer noodles, chicken mixture, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining cheeses and optional toppings.
- Cover with foil and bake 25โ30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Garnish with green onions, ranch dressing, and blue cheese if desired before serving.
