Description

This Caprese Dip is a creamy, cheesy appetizer bursting with fresh flavors of cherry tomatoes, basil, and three cheeses. Perfect for dipping with bread, crackers, or chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
  • 8 ounces low-moisture mozzarella cheese, cut into chunks
  • 8 ounces shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Crusty bread, crackers, or tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil pesto, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the tomato mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer sour cream, chopped basil, mozzarella chunks, provolone, and Parmesan evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
