Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 packet Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (plus ingredients listed on packet)
- 1 ยฝ cups milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- ยฝ cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay biscuit topping according to packet instructions and place over chicken mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
