Cheeseburger Eggrolls are a fun and delicious twist on a classic cheeseburger. Juicy seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and flavorful seasonings are wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers for the ultimate appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sautรฉ until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet. Fry eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3โ4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
