Description
This Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with crispy French fries in a baked, creamy casserole. Perfect for a hearty family meal or comfort food dinner.
Ingredients
- ยผ cup dill pickle relish
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag French fries (24 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in dill pickle relish, ketchup, and mustard. Remove from heat.
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the French fries on the bottom.
- Layer the beef mixture over the fries, then pour cream of mushroom soup on top.
- Top with remaining French fries and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

- You can use frozen fries straight from the bag; no need to thaw.
