Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 2 eggs
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ยฝ cup cheddar cheese, cut into cubes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, diced onion, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
