Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
- 2 eggs
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ยฝ cup cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, diced onion, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the cheddar cheese cubes, being careful not to overmix.
