Description

These Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are golden, flaky, and packed with a creamy beef and cheese filling. Perfect as a party appetizer, game day snack, or fun family dinner, theyโ€™re easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix cooked beef with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal into a ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 15โ€“18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
