These Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are golden, flaky, and packed with a creamy beef and cheese filling. Perfect as a party appetizer, game day snack, or fun family dinner, theyโre easy to make and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
- Mix cooked beef with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal into a ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15โ18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the filling is not too hot before stuffing to prevent dough from tearing.
- Serve with ranch, ketchup, or marinara sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
