Description

Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are a fun, savory snack or appetizer made with a creamy cheese and seasoned beef filling wrapped inside fluffy biscuit doughโ€”perfect for game day or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and spoon a portion of beef mixture into the center.
  5. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Brush melted butter over tops of biscuits.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Optional: sprinkle extra Parmesan or herbs on top before baking.
