Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs are a fun, savory snack or appetizer made with a creamy cheese and seasoned beef filling wrapped inside fluffy biscuit doughโperfect for game day or family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and spoon a portion of beef mixture into the center.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter over tops of biscuits.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
- Optional: sprinkle extra Parmesan or herbs on top before baking.
- Can be made ahead and baked later; just cover and refrigerate until ready.
