Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add chopped onion and cook for 2โ3 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add diced potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in beef broth, cover, and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 15โ20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Once potatoes are cooked, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
