Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sautรฉ diced onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add diced potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15โ20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in milk and heavy cream, then add shredded cheddar cheese gradually until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
