Description

Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage is a hearty, flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender baby potatoes, smoky sausage, creamy cheese, and a kick of ranch seasoning. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or comforting weekend meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage
  • 4 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Transfer potatoes to a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Slice smoked sausage and add to the baking dish. Toss to combine and roast another 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Remove from oven, stir in sour cream, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use baby red or Yukon gold potatoes for best texture.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
