Ingredients
- Shredded chicken (cooked)
- 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, peas, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until tater tots are golden and heated through.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Optional: add cooked bacon or sautéed onions for extra flavor.
