Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
