Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) package linguine pasta
  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, melted butter, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in chopped rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta until well coated.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, sprinkle with dried parsley.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
