Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) package linguine pasta
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped
- 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, melted butter, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in chopped rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta until well coated.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
