These no-bake Christmas Bars are chewy, chocolaty, colorful, and incredibly easy to make. Loaded with marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts, and a rich graham-cocoa base, they bring holiday magic to every bite. Perfect for parties, gifting, or festive snacking!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
- ยผ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1ยฝ cups (180 g) powdered sugar
- ยพ cup (170 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups (150 g) mini marshmallows
- 1ยฝ cups (270 g) chocolate chips
- ยฝ cup (60 g) chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are fully coated.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts (if using).
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined 9ร13-inch pan and press down firmly and evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.

- For extra color, add holiday sprinkles.
