Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ยผ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1ยฝ cups (180 g) powdered sugar
  • ยพ cup (170 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups (150 g) mini marshmallows
  • 1ยฝ cups (270 g) chocolate chips
  • ยฝ cup (60 g) chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
  2. Pour in the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are fully coated.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts (if using).
  5. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined 9ร—13-inch pan and press down firmly and evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Slice into bars and serve chilled.
