These Christmas Kitchen Sink Cookies are a holiday treat packed with sweet, salty, and colorful mix-ins. From M&M’s and white chocolate to pretzels and potato chips, every bite is fun and festive—perfect for cookie swaps, gift-giving, or just snacking during the holidays!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup red and green M&M’s
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
- 1/3 cup potato chip pieces
- 2 tbsp red and green jimmies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in M&M’s, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and jimmies.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
