Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups are a fun and indulgent breakfast treat. White bread is rolled with a cinnamon-sugar filling, coated in a French toast egg mixture, and fried to golden perfection—perfect for a sweet, handheld morning delight.


Ingredients

  • Roll-Ups:
    10 slices white sandwich bread
    3 tablespoons melted butter
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • French Toast Coating:
    3 large eggs
    1 tablespoon milk
    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking:
    2-3 tablespoons butter for frying


Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon, then brush melted butter on bread and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over each slice.
  3. Roll up each slice tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
