Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Streusel Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Prepare streusel by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter; cut butter into mixture until crumbly.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups and sprinkle streusel generously on top.
- Bake 20โ25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or cinnamon chips to the batter.
