Description

This Cottage Cheese Jalapeño Popper Dip is a creamy, cheesy appetizer with a spicy kick. Perfect for parties or game days, it pairs wonderfully with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bell pepper strips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeños
  • Optional: sliced fresh jalapeños for topping
  • Dippers: tortilla chips, celery sticks, bell pepper strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, cream cheese, and chopped pickled jalapeños until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with optional sliced fresh jalapeños if desired.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bell pepper strips.

Notes

  • Adjust the heat by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
  • For a smoother texture, blend the cottage cheese before mixing.
