Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon pizza seasoning (Italian seasoning works well)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- Marinara sauce or pesto
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- Pizza toppings such as pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, ham, or other favorites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, pizza seasoning, baking powder, and flour until a thick batter forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into small rounds.
- Bake for 12โ15 minutes until slightly golden and set.
- Remove from oven, top each snack with a small spoonful of marinara or pesto, shredded mozzarella, and your favorite pizza toppings.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 5โ7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
