Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Pizza toppings such as pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, ham, or other favorites


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, pizza seasoning, baking powder, and flour until a thick batter forms.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into small rounds.
