Description

Crac Chicken Penne is a quick and creamy pasta dish featuring perfectly seasoned chicken breasts, tender penne, and a luscious Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a comforting family meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (fresh preferred)
  • 1 tsp dried basil (fresh preferred)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz penne pasta (or preferred pasta shape)
  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and basil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add cooked penne and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

  • Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
