Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders, trimmed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Toss chicken tenders in the mixture until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, combine cheddar cheese, Parmesan, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Press coated chicken tenders into the cheese and cracker mixture to cover completely.
- Place chicken in the prepared baking dish. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.

- Substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt or vegan mayo for a dairy-free option.
