Crack Chicken Tenders are ultra-crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor! Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning coat tender chicken, topped with cheddar, Parmesan, and a crunchy Ritz cracker crust—perfect for a quick and irresistible dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders, trimmed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Toss chicken tenders in the mixture until evenly coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine cheddar cheese, Parmesan, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Press coated chicken tenders into the cheese and cracker mixture to cover completely.
  5. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
