Description

These Cranberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels with Feta & Herbs are a festive, savory-sweet appetizer. Flaky puff pastry filled with creamy cheeses, fresh herbs, and tart cranberries makes them perfect for brunch, parties, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or dried
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, feta, cranberries, and herbs until combined.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Place pinwheels on prepared baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15โ€“20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
