Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or dried
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, feta, cranberries, and herbs until combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels on prepared baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15โ20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use your favorite herbsโthyme, rosemary, or parsley all work well.
