Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sautรฉ until fragrant.
