Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken and sear 4โ€“5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
