Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken and sear 4โ5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3โ5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce. Cook for 2โ3 minutes more to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
