Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook 5โ7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Sautรฉ for 1โ2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for 2โ3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Serve with pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables.
- Do not overcook chicken to keep it juicy.
