Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook 5โ€“7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Sautรฉ for 1โ€“2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for 2โ€“3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
