This Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a rich and comforting one-pan style pasta dish made with tender bowtie pasta, seasoned ground beef, and a silky garlic Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 5โ6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups beef broth
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1โ2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and cook for 2โ3 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add butter, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add bowtie pasta, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12โ15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in half and half and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2โ3 minutes until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture.
- If sauce is too thick, add a splash of broth or milk.
