Description

This Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a rich and comforting one-pan style pasta dish made with tender bowtie pasta, seasoned ground beef, and a silky garlic Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 5โ€“6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1โ€“2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook for 2โ€“3 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add butter, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add bowtie pasta, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12โ€“15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in half and half and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2โ€“3 minutes until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture.
  • If sauce is too thick, add a splash of broth or milk.
