Description
Creamy Ranch Chicken is a comforting and flavorful dish where tender chicken breasts are baked in a rich, creamy ranch sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or family meal.
Ingredients
- 2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1–2 Tbsp olive oil
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream, at room temp
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Transfer to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning.
- Pour sauce over chicken breasts.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Use full-fat sour cream for extra creaminess.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days.
