Description

Creamy Ranch Chicken is a comforting and flavorful dish where tender chicken breasts are baked in a rich, creamy ranch sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or family meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 12 Tbsp olive oil
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream, at room temp
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Transfer to a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken breasts.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
  7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Use full-fat sour cream for extra creaminess.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days.
