Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen cooked chicken meatballs
  • 1 cup white cooking wine
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place frozen chicken meatballs in a crockpot.
  2. Add white wine, chicken broth, heavy cream, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir to combine.
