Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen cooked chicken meatballs
- 1 cup white cooking wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place frozen chicken meatballs in a crockpot.
- Add white wine, chicken broth, heavy cream, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese. Cook until spinach wilts and cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
