Description
Dark Chocolate Nut Squares are a wholesome, no-bake treat packed with almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and a hint of chia, all held together with maple syrup and coated in rich dark chocolate.
Ingredients
- 75g almonds
- 55g cashews
- 30g pecans
- 40g pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 50g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Line a small square dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
- Pour melted dark chocolate over the top and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Cut into squares and enjoy as a healthy snack.
