Description

Dark Chocolate Nut Squares are a wholesome, no-bake treat packed with almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and a hint of chia, all held together with maple syrup and coated in rich dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 75g almonds
  • 55g cashews
  • 30g pecans
  • 40g pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted


Instructions

  1. Line a small square dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  4. Pour melted dark chocolate over the top and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy as a healthy snack.
