Ingredients

  • 3โ€“4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Lo Mein noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ยผ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Cook Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5โ€“7 minutes per side.
