Ingredients
- 3โ4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Lo Mein noodles (fresh or dried)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ยผ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5โ7 minutes per side.
- Add garlic, red and yellow bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3โ4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

- Substitute chicken with shrimp, beef, or tofu for variation.
