Description

These Keto Crunchwraps are a low-carb, guilt-free twist on the classic favorite. Packed with a creamy cheese sauce, savory beef filling, fresh veggies, and melty cheese, theyโ€™re perfect for a satisfying, keto-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (or coconut cream)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (homemade or low-sodium)
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato (or bell pepper)
  • 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (or parsley)
  • 1/2 cup jalapeรฑo slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheese sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar and remove from heat.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef with taco seasoning until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Assemble crunchwraps: Lay a low-carb tortilla flat. Spread a layer of cheese sauce, add cooked beef, top with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheese, cilantro, and jalapeรฑos.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla inward to form a wrap. Press lightly to secure.
  5. Cook wraps: In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook each wrap 2โ€“3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with extra sour cream or your favorite keto-friendly salsa.

Notes

  • Use almond flour or Mission Carb Balance tortillas for best low-carb results.
  • Adjust toppings to your preference; omit jalapeรฑos if you prefer mild flavors.
  • Cheese sauce can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
