- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- ยผ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup, condensed
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1.5 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried parsley (plus more for topping)
- ยฝ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and butter a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Cook linguini according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic, dried parsley, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat over medium heat, whisking until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cooked pasta until evenly coated with sauce.
- Transfer mixture to prepared casserole dish and top with mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 25โ30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
