Description

This Easy Cinnamon Roll Casserole is a simple and indulgent breakfast treat made with just 7 ingredients. Soft cinnamon rolls baked in a sweet maple custard create a warm, gooey, and flavorful morning dish perfect for family brunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 rolls each, 351 g / 12 oz)
  • ¼ cup salted butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Pour the custard mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the casserole is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm. Optionally drizzle with extra maple syrup or glaze.
