Ingredients
- 3โ4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ 1โ2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook 5โ7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and parsley. Simmer 2โ3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked linguine into the sauce until fully coated. Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
