Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
- 1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine thawed hashbrowns, ground sausage, eggs, shredded cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
