Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz pasta
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6โ8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sautรฉ garlic until fragrant. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Add chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley.
