Description

This Easy Rotisserie Chicken Stuffing Casserole is a simple, comforting meal perfect for busy weeknights. Made with shredded rotisserie chicken, creamy soup, and stovetop stuffing, it’s hearty and ready in no time.


Ingredients

  • Mrs. Dash onion and herb seasoning (to taste)
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (from a rotisserie chicken)
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pkg stovetop stuffing mix
  • Aluminum foil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken evenly in the baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with milk. Pour over chicken.
  5. Prepare stovetop stuffing according to package instructions and spread over soup mixture.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25โ€“30 minutes until heated through.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes for a lightly crispy top. Serve warm.
