This Easy Rotisserie Chicken Stuffing Casserole is a simple, comforting meal perfect for busy weeknights. Made with shredded rotisserie chicken, creamy soup, and stovetop stuffing, it’s hearty and ready in no time.
Ingredients
- Mrs. Dash onion and herb seasoning (to taste)
- 2 cups shredded chicken (from a rotisserie chicken)
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg stovetop stuffing mix
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken evenly in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with milk. Pour over chicken.
- Prepare stovetop stuffing according to package instructions and spread over soup mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25โ30 minutes until heated through.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes for a lightly crispy top. Serve warm.
