Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- ยฝ cup heavy cream

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ยฝ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add diced onion to the skillet and sautรฉ until soft.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add dried thyme.
