Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (about 1 ยฝ cups mashed)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- โ cup honey or pure maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Stir in oats and baking powder until evenly incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25โ30 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
